Reserves -4 (-22). Public support 3 to C (1L).

Because of the previous war lost to Britain, this event does not occur.

Issue 3: State Admission Ohio (OH - 12 votes)
The president admits.
Jefferson gains 1 popularity. The new state takes its place adjacent to Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Virginia.

Event: The Hand of Time
Chief Justice John Jay dies, earning 1 victory point for El. The office will be claimed at the start of the next turn.

Issue 4: Indian Removal Act
The president does not want to resolve this because of the effect on public support and so it is ignored, being placed in the discards and to possibly return in the next deck.
