In these days of the early 21st century when the world seems to be
returning to the bad old days of violence and national enmity, the game table is a
place for people to meet and forget their differences. Around the world it seems,
we all enjoy our games. Or do we? I thought it would be interesting to find out.
So today begins a series of weekly interviews conducted with board game players around
the world. The subjects are not industry professionals, but just "ordinary" players,
even though such folk are so much fun that it's not really accurate to call them that.
The intereviews have been fun and the answers very revealing —
I hope you find them so as well.
