In addition, however, these are Notes to keep in mind (sometimes missed rules):
[4.0] #3 In 2-player games, each player begins with 3 provinces. #5 In 3- and 4-player games, each player begins with 2 provinces.
[5.0] D. The steps of the First Magic Phase are executed sequentially, not simultaneously.
[5.0] F. The steps of the First Magic Phase are executed simultaneously.
[6.0] Allies may neither block each other's movement nor engage each other in combat. (Bribes are legal between allied or non-allied players.)
[6.3] Units require Leaders in order to initiate attacks.
[7.1] Allied units do not affect ownership of a player's areas.
[8.4] No unit, Leader or Wirzard may move directly from an Enemy-occupied province to another nor to an Enemy-controlled province. Units cannot be blocked (by Enemy units) from leaving the province in which they began the turn if the province they move to is not Enemy occupied (only).
[8.6] (clarification) The three provinces with two coasts are 21. Andesite 38. Drormt 45. Thoria
[9.4] Land units and Fleets in Sea add their Combat Strengths into one integral value.
[10.51] Units of the casting player and allies are not affected.
[10.52] Units of the casting player and allies are not affected.
[10.53] Units of the casting player and allies are not affected.
